HERE TO HELP

Let’s get your copy ready.

Common answers for opening images, creating files, and finding your downloads.

My image will not open

Use a JPG, PNG or WebP file under 20 MB and 40 megapixels. HEIC support depends on your browser. On iPhone, you can save a copy in Files and use Quick Actions → Convert Image → JPEG, then choose the converted file.

PDF, SVG, animated formats and password-protected files are not supported inputs. A failed file is not sent to a server as a fallback.

I cannot find the download on my phone

In Safari, check Downloads and the Files app. Some browsers open a file preview instead of saving it immediately; use the preview’s Share menu to save a copy. Open the saved file to check it before sending it.

The “file created” message means the browser received a generated file. It does not confirm that you saved it to a particular folder or photo album.

My PDF does not look right

Check that you selected both sides and that each image is upright. Use Rotate or Swap before exporting. The first image appears at the top or left, depending on the layout.

The tool preserves each image’s proportions. It does not automatically remove a photographed background or crop to the document’s edges. Choose clear, cropped images and the paper size requested by your recipient.

Can I open the result in IDPouch?

Website results do not automatically transfer into the app, and installing the app does not restore a website session. Download your file first. See the current app’s import and share options for supported workflows.

App purchases and account questions

Use the App Store and the support options linked from the app for purchase information. The website cannot look up Apple purchase records. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents by email.
